Instant power increase like having a different motor motor seems to perform with much less effort tickled to death

(2016 F-150 XL 2.7L Supercab - 9200 miles at time of install) Easy enough install (maybe 45 minutes). Haven't noticed the amazing power difference some others are talking about, but I didn't put my truck on a dyno before & after either. My MPG testing so far seems to be about 0.5 - 1.5 MPG gained but this could be due to a lot of other factors, as well. The sound difference is good; sort of gives it some throat without being too loud or obnoxious. Overall, it will pay for itself in MPG

Was looking to trash the stock intake that has been on this truck for 12 years now. Tried all sorts of replacement air filters but nothing was helping. This is the first Volant CAI that I have tried and besides the great looks under the hood, I am getting great performance. Install was a breeze and everything fit great. The only negative that I had was the kit did not include hose clamps for the breather tube. Fastened with ZipTies to get me to HD for some hose clamps. Great intake, get one.
