"The intake was simple to install with good instructions. I received it with scratches to the chrome on the intake hose, but contacted K&N and they sent a new one after I emailed some photos. I haven't driven it enough to see any power or mileage improvements, but it does sound neat and kudos for great customer service from K&N!" —Daniel F from Santee, CA bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Ford F-150.

I would recommend this product to anyone thinking about buying it." —Michael W from Oceanside, CA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"It wasn't as easy to install as the directions make it look, however, it still was relativley easy for a bolt on apllication. $ for HP you cann't beat it. My truck showes a torque and power gain in the midrange. I can almost hear the deep breath the intake takes when it powers up. All I can say is "I like it!"" —Harold F from Port St Lucie, FL bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"Very pleased with ease of installation. Took less than an hour and I was out test driving. Once installed on my Harley Truck I needed to buy a programmer because I was getting to much air flow but it was well worth it. After installing both items I have added 50 HP to a stock 340 HP motor and I love it." —Matthew B from Abita Springs, LA bought an AEM Brute Force Air Intakes for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"Increase in Horsepower is immediate, sounds great, can hear the whistling people talk about, cant notice a difference in gas mileage." —Chris J from Lubbock, TX bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"The FIPK arrived as promised and rather quickly. I'm definitely no mechanic, so I had a local custom shop do the install coupled with a Helix Power Tower. My 5.4L in my '02 F150 Supercab 4x4 USED to be a li'l ho hum while in overdrive, but no longer. Doggone truck runs like a scalded dog now! I already had the dual exhausts, etc but the truck sounds even better now when gettin' on that pedal!" —Eric S from Monroe, GA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"Just installed kit today. Was pretty easy to install. Sounds and drives great, hope to see other benefits over a short period of time." —James S from Pascagoula, MS bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"the kit has increased my gas milage and added more horse power. quicker throttle response and more low end torque is what you should expect." —Devin B from Grandforks, ND bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"K&N makes a superb product that is backed up by performance test reports and great customer service. This is the second K&N system that I have installed. The first one was on my 2002 Mustang 3.8 V6 convertible. I noticed an immediate improvement in throttle response and pickup. I also found that my MPG increased by at least 10%.A clamp was missing from the kit and a call to customer service was placed. A new clamp was express mailed the next day. They asked if I would please give them the production batch numbers so that they could check their stock to see if other kits were missing the same clamp. This is a good example of quality control in action. My latest K&N system was purchased for my 2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch pickup with the 5.4 V8. It's too early to tell about any MPG improvements but the throttle response and added HP was noticed immediately. The unique sound that the K&N makes while sucking in the cold air is a pleasure to hear when you step on the gas. It reminds me of the sound of the big old '60's muscle cars' 4 barrel carbs when it is wide open.I found that if I download the instructions from the K&N website to my laptop and then view the enlarged photos while I'm doing the installation, it is much easier to understand the directions as the included printed version has rather small ( 1"x1" ) photos." —Robert W from Hopatcong, NJ bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"good peformance, great sound, easy install 90 mins" —John W from Whitehorse , YT bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Ford F-150.
