"Good results with Jet TBI spacer.Easy install on Ford 02 F-150, 5.4l. Comes with 3 identical spacers that set-back the cruse and throttle cable bracket. Cables needed no adjustment(great!), but one spacer is used to anchor the stock, plastic, TBI cowl; and it's too short ( I left my cowl off, no great loss). You might have to shorten the air intake tube. I did for my Voliant CAI. Jet TBI spacer steadied my idle speed, increased throttle response, and improved my av/mpg by @1.5 mpg. What's not to like? Autoanything was cool, as usual. Best prices and service!Hope this helps...Paul" —Vicky V from Harrisburg, PA bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2002 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8, 8th digit of VIN = L.
"The TBS worked as advertized, easy to install and no problems so far with 700 miles on it." —John W from Lemoore, CA bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2002 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8, 8th digit of VIN = L.
"I have been thinkin about putting one of these on my truck for awhile now and have been doing my research to find out wich brand to go with as well as best price. To start i could not find it any cheaper then here on autoanything. After finding it here and deciding to go with the poweraid tbs after reviews saying this is the best way to go i ordred it. It came in the mail right when it was supposed to no delays at all. Installation was a breeze. I installed it in the parking lot at work in about a half hour during my lunch break. Super easy! Everything fit perfectly and looks great. Performance wise its great i have gotten about 4 more mpg with it installed and throttle response has definetly improved especially on the freeway. I did not notice a great horsepower diffrence but the mpg and throttle response are definetly worth it. Next step for me is a cold air intake then i believe i should see the horse power difference. The whistle sound the tbs makes is great too. I do notice it from time to time from the cab but i actually kinda like it! Cant tell you how many times ive been asked if my truck is turbo charged! All in all its a great product and i would definetly reccomend this to anyone lookin to add a lil extra performance." —David Y from El Cajon, CA bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2002 Ford F-150.
"First off I have to say that mine does not whistle even with my K&N FIPK. I couldn't really say it helps the gas milage because I installed it all together at the same time. I can say, however, that the install was not as easy as they make it seem. I had to re-adjust the throttle and cruise control wire bracket serverl times to keep it from touching other components. But in the end it all fit. Didn't even have to adjust the throttle wires. Hint: make sure you line it up right. The Airaid has a small stamp (TB)on the side that needs to face the throttle-body." —Harold F from Port St Lucie, FL bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2002 Ford F-150.
