"Nice piece but instructions need inproving. Horsepower inprovements unknown but did pick up about 1-2 MPG. Already having a K&N cold air intake, instruction were out to lunch...just have to know where its supposed to go and used factory bolts..not ones supplied in the kit." —Thomas R from Groton, CT bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"The Helix Power Tower throttle body spacer installed as instructed, and as advertised, does not have any annoying whistle. It helped with throttle response and I must say that the engine does run much smoother. Hard to tell at this time about fuel mileage due to driving in a lot of rough weather. As always, AutoAnything.com was great." —Terry V from Saint Charles, MO bought a Taylor Cable Helix Power Tower Throttle Body Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"Spacer has only been in for a week on my '08 F-150 but I did notice quicker throttle response especially in the mid to upper ranges. Not so much on take off. I also noticed I get to overdrive much quicker. I hope it increases fuel economy on an upcoming 800 mile trip I have planned." —Leonard P from Mount Pleasant, SC bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150, 4.6L V8.
"with the installation of the Taylor throttle body spacer, my F150 has already seen an increase in mileage, it also seems to have just a bit more acceleration as well.
about 20 minutes to install, as it's just 4 bolts, after moving the stock air intake for easy access.
Would consider buying again for other vehicles" —Tom W from San Jose , CA bought a Taylor Cable Helix Power Tower Throttle Body Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"This throttle body spacer is amazing. Took me about 25 minutes to install. I can feel a quite a bit of low end torque that I didn't have due to a free flowing exhaust. Well worth the money and I can't say I would have gone for anything else." —Jeremy P from El Paso, TX bought a Taylor Cable Helix Power Tower Throttle Body Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150, 2-Valve, 4.6L V8.
"I waited until I used a tank of fuel for around town as well as an interstate trip to measure the miles per gallon improvement. Around town I noticed approx 1 mile per gallon improvement which represented approx 5%. At interstate speed I noticed approx 2 miles per gallon or almost a 10% improvement. The reason I purchased this to begin with was to improve the low end performance for the 5.4L motor. My truck had a throttle lag, but the Ford garage said everything was within factory specifications and they could not change anything. Well the low end response also improved, so that I no longer experience throttle lag." —Victor S from Lancaster, OH bought a Taylor Cable Helix Power Tower Throttle Body Spacer for a 2008 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
