"Install was fast and easy. It made quite a noticeable difference with performance, it allows the turbo to spool up much faster. Throttle response greatly improved. It looks good with a solid battery tray. The only downside is its a little pricey but I would say still worth the price." —Jeff B from Saginaw, MI bought a Banks Ram-Air Intake for a 1999 Ford F-250, 7.3L Power Stroke.

F250. Thanks for all your good service." —Jeff L from Nine Mile Falls, WA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 1999 Ford F-250, 5.4L V8.
"This is the third vehicle in less than 6 months that we have installed a K&N Cold Air Intake system on. I could not believe the increase in performance and gas milage. My son got me hooked on this, and I thought he was blowing smoke when he was telling me he wanted one. So I thought ok. Well minutes after the install, I was sold. We then went and put a custom tuned exhaust on his truck. I already had the exhaust first on mine but adding the K&N was worth the price. I brag to everyone I know about this product. I guess that sometimes when a 16 year old kids tell you something it is worth listening to him. It was worth it this time. Pat" —Patrick J L from Fox Lake, WI bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 1999 Ford F-250, 4.0L 6-cyl. engine.
"My intake arrived and I put it on in less than 45 minutes. It looks great and sounds ok too. No annoying whistle, ect." —Stan H from Fairbanks, AK bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 1999 Ford F-250, 5.4L V8.
"I think that the aem intake works really well you can really tell the air going through the turbo alot more now it seems like the turbo is freed up a bit, I also liked the cost of the aem it wasn't very expensive caompared to some i highley recommend it" —Robert A. F from Mayo, FL bought an AEM Brute Force Air Intakes for a 1999 Ford F-250.
"Installation on my 99 F250 Super Duty took about 1/2 hour and was quite easy to do. I did not notice any increase in noise level like others have posted. I only went through 1 tank of gas since installation and noticed a 1 mpg increase even though I was only doing in town driving and towing." —Michael R from Berwick, PA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 1999 Ford F-250.
"I have a 1999 ford super duty v10. My stock intake had a mass airflow censor and a temperature censor but the spectre only had previsions for the mass air. I had to drill a hole and use a 3/8 hose and some good old jb weld to install my temp censor. Also my stock egr hose was too short so I had to search my garage for a 7/8 id hose and cut it up. Although I should not have had to make any mods at least they were easy and as soo. As I drove out of my driveway I felt a difference. My gas mileage also increased. I would definitely recommend this intake to anyone. I'm guessing I only had this trouble because the v10 isn't very popular." —Joel B from Pacifica, CA bought a Spectre Cold Air Intake for a 1999 Ford F-250.
"The AFE stage 2 intake was easy to install. After the installation the exhaust tone got deeper and I noticed an increase in throttle response. The turn around time from ordering to delivery was excellent.Thank You" —Randall G from Coon Rapids, MN bought an aFe Cold Air Intakes for a 1999 Ford F-250, 7.3L Power Stroke.
