Airaid Intake System Reviews

Bang For The Buck / Stock versus Aftermarket / Eco Boost Engine

Reviewed By William Z (Newhall, CA) Reviewed for a 2013 Ford Flex —4/23/2013 9:25 PM

I purchased the Airaid Intake System because K&N was more expensive. Both systems rated the same. Do I feel, see, hear, smell, or notice a difference from the Ford stock intake, NO! However, my 18 year old son will tell you that he does. I am waiting to install a pair of Flowmaster dBX Series Hushpower Mufflers. I am hoping to see the gains of this air intake with the after market mufflers. Check out my review with the mufflers and I will let you know if it was worth the money!

K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit Reviews

Free HP

Reviewed By Jim Z (Stanley, KS) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford Flex —6/12/2016 4:29 AM

I installed the system in less than an hour using simple tools. I noticed an average of more than 2 mpg ( that's more than 35 miles per tank) I tow with the vehicle and feel more power on hills. The only down side is the intake noise is louder under full throttle ( which I kinda like!)

AirAid U-Build-It Universal Intake Kits Reviews

works great!

Reviewed By Robert G (Greensboro, NC) Reviewed for a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee —10/3/2015 5:58 AM

This kit contained all the angles needed to make an intake tube for my Jeep 4.7L V8. The only challenge was to find a grommet for the IAT sensor, but I was able to get one. Now my intake is clean with very smooth air flow. This is a great kit at a great price!
