Takeda short ram intake(2005 G35 Coupe)

I love it!! Gives it a nice roar once you hit 3,000 rpm, it was super easy to install took about 45 min. Just because I had to go to autozone and buy a tool to take off the sensor, overall very satisfied and recommend to others

I was looking for a way to to reduce the tempature on my aluminum airintake So I purchased the thermaflect tape witch was one of the least expensive ways and the most effective way in improving the performance on my car it was a lot easier to apply than expected and was not as bad looking as thought it be.

Injen Hydro Shield Reviews

Good Product, Be Careful Selecting Size

Reviewed By Nathan O (Sagamore Hills, OH) Reviewed for a 2014 Infiniti QX60 —1/15/2010 1:33 PM

I bought this product to use on a Cobb Short Ram Intake on a MazdaSpeed6. I had been worried about mist getting into the inlet air while driving behind another vehicle. Had a problem with the car starting after a food stop during a leg of a trip with a torrential downpour. Feel better now that I have the Hydroshield. Haven't had the same problem but haven't driven through the same type of storm. The size I purchased was just big enough to fit over the bottom of the intake filter. So much so that I was worried about the hydroshield slipping off. It never has but given the chance I think I would buy one that was longer than needed so I could use the screw-clamp to secure it.
