K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems Reviews

Sounds good

Reviewed By Shane C (KNOXVILLE, TN) Reviewed for a 2013 Infiniti G37 —5/24/2015 7:27 AM

It sounds great and definitely adds some power. It didn't hurt my gas mileage and may have even went up a little. There were a couple of small hose clamps missing but customer service was helpful in getting them shipped to me.

2009 G37X Coupe Re-Born

Reviewed By Rich E (MCKINNEY, TX) Reviewed for a 2009 Infiniti G37 —5/18/2015 4:14 PM

9 I bought this on a recommendation from a dealership service department. My hope was to eliminate throttle lag, give it a little more oomph on the go, and make it growl without being obnoxious. It gives me all of that. I didn't dyno before, and probably won't now. My butt-dyno tells me all I need to know. I got more than what I paid for. Great product!

Takeda Air Intake Systems Reviews

Not bad but don't expect a miracle

Reviewed By Marco P (Franklin Square, NY) Reviewed for a 2008 Infiniti G37 —7/30/2013 1:14 AM

The Takeda intake is not bad, although the RPMS rise quicker and easier as I press the gas pedal, it feels like it has less torque than the stock intake. What would probably help wold be a heat shield like the one K&N has. NO difference on MPG but thats ok. Overall good value.
