"Very easy to install. Minor glitch in fastening engine cover back on in that the front passenger side is rubbing the new heat shield & could not fit down as far as original.
Power gain? I can't tell yet. The car is new & I don't yet exceed 4k rpm's. Sounds AWESOME up to 4k, tho!" —James B from Jacksonville, FL bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2011 Infiniti G37.
"Took about an hour to install with no major problems. Looks great. Can hear and feel a slight increase in power at about 5,000 RPM and above. Otherwise, this intake is quiet. Haven't seen MPG increase much." —Matt T from Sunset, LA bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2011 Infiniti G37.
"The install was easy. I might have taken more than the 90 minutes to install but that probably had more to do with me taking my time and ensuring I had everthing in line. The instructions were clear and everything came together with out any issues. I would definately recommend this product for Infiniti G37 owners looking for an extra boost." —Richard A from Trinity, FL bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2011 Infiniti G37.
"This is my 2nd Typhoon install (1st on 2011 370Z). Found the install on the Z easier. Took 2 hours on the G37 and about 1.5 on the Z. Main gripe is the engine cover on the G37 & fitting it between the cold shrouds. If you're going to spend $100 for dual K&N filters, why not spend another $200 and bolt on 10+ more HP? 1st trip w/o Typhoon was 25 mpg; 2nd trip with was 26 mpg. Same flat roads, same speeds." —Brad W from Mary Esther, FL bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2011 Infiniti G37.
