Responsiveness...

Reviewed By James W (Atlanta, GA) Reviewed for a 2012 Infiniti QX56 —4/13/2006 5:44 AM

After talking witha couple of folks in my car club. I didn't expect to get a lot of performance out of this unit.... just some sound affects. However after installing it (myself) I noticed considerable responsiveness in the throttle. I am execptionally pleased. Service from these guys was great too. Matched price and shipped quickly!

2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500

Reviewed By Jonathan l (Newcastle, OK) —5/4/2015 11:45 PM

I put this on my 2014 Silverado 1500. This combined with my borla exhaust really woke the truck up. I had my borla exhaust on before installing the cold air intake. After I installed the intake, I gained quicker throttle response and am getting about 1 mpg better than when I had the stock filter on. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a cold air intake that looks good and performs better than the rest of the CAI's on the market.

2015 Grand Cherokee 5.7l

Reviewed By Christopher R (SPOTSWOOD, NJ) —5/4/2015 7:31 AM

so....they technically do not make this yet for my 2015 Grand Cherokee 5.7l model. I'd say, it "almost" fits perfectly. it'll take a couple, very slight, creative bends, by hand, to the heat shield to make it right. But, it will work simply. Install is cake. Looks great. .....and the sound, when the pedal is down, is really something. Sounds like the old days, when your 4 barrel carb would open up. Too busy making the "sound" to appreciate any gas mileage increase. Response is better.
