Good Product for the Ecodiesel

Reviewed By Logan W (KAUKAUNA, WI) Reviewed for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee —5/30/2017 6:43 AM

The install was very straight forward and easy. Everything that I needed was provided. It finally makes it sound like a turbo diesel. The spooling up now sounds incredible. I have not noticed much gain in MPG's, but I have been towing a bit more than before. I don't feel any power improvements either. I also have a GDE tune so I believe if it is paired with an exhaust it would help.

Clearly a quality product. An easy hour to remove stock intake and install Volant CAI in my 2014 Jeep GCL 5.7. Glad it is a full box for clean look; wish lid were removable for access, but a minor factor since I have the Donaldson no maintenance filter. Know that the higher flowing, oilable filter uses the same housing. No doubt throttle response is crisper everywhere, and the sound the hemi makes under throttle will bring a smile to your face. Add a throttle body and tune for maximum benefit.

2014 grand Cherokee cold air intake

Reviewed By Nikolas A (VOORHEESVILLE, NY) Reviewed for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee —1/13/2017 1:29 PM

I was shocked at the amount of power and takeoff my vehicle has now. In addition to looking way better than the normal intake, it sounds nasty when you hit the gas even without pressing down too much. When I through it into sport mode and stomp the gas... only way to experience it is to test it out. If you are not experienced, it will take you longer than normal. *CAUTION* When twisting on part "L"in the list, DO NOT wrench tighten. Hand tighten will do perfectly fine. I snapped mine.
