Volant Snorkel Kit

Reviewed By Efrain D (Tamarac, FL) Reviewed for a 2003 Jeep Wrangler —11/10/2015 2:55 PM

The Volant Snorkel kit was the best price I found. Installation was easy but I must WARN whom ever does this install to make sure the Template provided is to scale. I mocked up the lower part of the snorkel that went thru the side fender and the temple would have had me drill the 3" hole way off. luckily I made that hole in the right place after shifting the template. What I did not realize was the 1/8" hole was also off and drilled that in the wrong place. so a second hole had to be drilled.

K&N Intake

I bought this intake for my 03 Rubicon and love it. Throttle response and a power difference is noticable right away. I also added a MBRP cat-back, together they make my Jeep sound awesome. My son and I installed the intake in a little over 30 minutes, very simple.

Little Upgrade, Big Power.

The install was moderately easy, took a bit of prying and careful maneuvering to get the old senors off the stock throttle. Overall, awesome addition to a i6. Noticeable "getty-up."
