K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems Reviews

happy customer

Reviewed By Robert C (Denton, TX) Reviewed for a 2010 Nissan Altima —2/19/2015 8:41 PM

While looking for a cold air intake I read allot of reviews. I found some testing I thought was relevant. At some point every car well only pull in so much air. Almost Every cold air intake tested did that. K&N has the reputation. And the knowledge to get me a quality product I could depend on at a price I could afford. It provides fuel savings, it's really loud. I like that. And it boosts horsepower. Really like that. Buy this one. Price and reputation.

It's good

Reviewed By Adam B (KENNESAW, GA) Reviewed for a 2006 Nissan Altima —2/6/2015 7:09 AM

I liked it although on the 2006 3.5L Altima the bracing arm is by no means easy to install and the instructions are not very clear

Decent...but kills MPG

Reviewed By Michael G (COOS BAY, OR) Reviewed for a 2014 Nissan Altima —11/18/2014 11:42 PM

Looks good, sounds good, easy to install. Lost mpg on the highway...was getting between 40 and 50 MPG on a flat in the highway at 60...now its more like 35 to 40mpg...a little faster on the draw though...seemed to cut the acceleration delay in half... would not get another one due to the MPG cuts...no its not my driving...
