"Seems to be a little more power. I haven't checked the gas mileage yet, I'm hoping there's an improvement there cause that's why I purchased this product. Not too loud of a whistling noise like others have noticed, although you can definitely hear more air sucking in the throttle body. Over all I am pleased." —Roy J from Boswell, PA bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
"instalation was simple
all the parts were included to install this TBS
performance gains are minimal
fuel mileage ganes are minimal
for best results you will need to remove the plastic grill from the inside of the intake manifold. when you take off the throttle body you will see it on the inside of the plastic inlet" —John F from Candler, NC bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
"On my Nissan Frontier it took 15 minutes to install, it was so simple I thought I was overlooking something. Already have a K&N cold air intake and Flowmaster muffler and cant hear any whistle at all, but I can tell a difference in fuel economy of 1 mpg on the road and 2 mpg around town. As far as adding any horsepower, I don't notice any, especially with the other add-ons." —Kenny L from Virginia Beach, VA bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier, 4.0L V6.
"just put my airaid throttle body spacer on today along with a k&n 77 series intake. cant belive the power i gained plus makes the truck sound mean as hell. putting both things on only took bout a hour with no problems at all (not use to that happening) plus to top it all off i get better milage." —Greg B from Summerhill, PA bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
"I noticed a slight improvement in throttle response. None of the 'annoying whistle' that others have mentioned...just a minor slight hum during acceleration. Feul economy improved by approx. 2.5-3 mpg's, but that improvement decreased after installing a K&N FIPK intake kit.
I would purchas this product again for this vehicle or any other...it was worht the small investment." —Scott D from Sierra Vista, AZ bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
"The poweraid does as it says. i have noticed about 2mpg in mileage, and a small improvement in low end torqe. it does whistlle some but not very noticeable while cruising. it does state on the pakage that it will make this noise." —Shannon G from Oakfield, TN bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
"I had read in previous reviews that the instructions were not as good as they should be; I did not find that to be the case. It took about 15 minutes to install. I haven't driven enough to tell if the MPG improved, but I think I can tell a difference in power. There is no noticeable difference in the engine noise. This was installed on a 2005 Nissan Frontier...which also has the Gibson SS cat-back and a K-N cold air induction...all purchased from AutoAnything...if they have it...I buy it from them." —Roy L from San Antonio, TX bought an Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer for a 2005 Nissan Frontier.
