"It gives a good tone to the engine! The installation is a bit problematic, because the hole from the side air duck is very small. Also the 2.5" host adapter is sort of tight and hard to fit on the throttle body and the pipe. and the angle is a little bit off. The pre-drill hole for the VSV is also a bit off... i've to use a dremal to make it fit. But all in all, i'm loving it!" —Kelvin C from Santa Clara, CA bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
"It was a quick installation and once I was finished I was very impressed with the way it made my car sound and the boost in power and gas milage was also nice." —Justene C from Bakersfield, VT bought an aFe Cold Air Intakes for a 2006 Scion tC.
"After installing the Injen CAI, my car sounds like a beast. It made my GReddy exhaust sound alot better. After about 3000 RPMs my car suddenly sounds and feels like a rocket. If you love a deep sound and some extra HPs, you'll love this intake." —Aaron F from Baton Rouge, LA bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
"I was a little disappointed that the air filter is rectangular and goes under the cover of the old filter, makes it harder to show it off. But besides that, the installation was easy and it sounds great. You can slightly notice the power increase but I guess on an automatic it's harder to see" —Julian S from Staten Island, NY bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2006 Scion tC.
"Took half the day to install(chick). Totally worth it! Didn't take off front bumper as instructioned. Love the deeper sound, the whisle sound is pretty cool, and alittle more horses to boot." —Kimberley Q from San Jacinto, CA bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
"This CAI is the best of the best. You get the ballzy sound, and many heads turn. This was the best $300 I put into my car.
If you guys plan to buy a cold air intake, this is the one for you. I noticed a great difference in throttle response, I feel the power, I even hear the power. I'm not even exaggerating. This intake looks good, sounds good, and preforms the best." —Omar M from Cerritos, CA bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
"I had a weapon-r short ram before and I wasn't impressed. It was sucking nothing but hot air from the engine bay. It took me a while to install the AEM (about 3 hrs because I'm a perfectionist) but it was worthy. Very smooth start. I can tell the difference. Better acceleration with the VSA off. Highly recommended." —Alonso L from Sunrise, FL bought an AEM V2 Cold Air Intake System for a 2006 Scion tC.
"i was very skeptical, but i ordered anyway, amazing what one willl do when approved for credit with pay pal. but seriously, noticeable difference on the pick up, doesnt struggle on hills as much, better on gas, and at higher rmps a very nice increase of power. write me on my space with questions name is ego brain" —Jason D from Fairview, NJ bought an AEM Cold Air Intake System for a 2006 Scion tC.
"The 63 series K&N works GREAT! You can feel the difference in proformance when my FJ drops into passing gear compared to the stock air intake! I have to say I love the roar it makes also! Installation was a breeze with the photo step by step instructions. Your online custormer service chat was a big help in directing me to my purchase! The 10% discount plus free shipping helped my wallet!!!..Thanks guys!!" —Mark T from Enterprise, AL bought a K&N 63 Series AirCharger High-Flow Intake Kit for a 2006 Scion tC.
"I have had this installed on my 2006 TC for 2 weeks and I have notice at 4800 rpms and up a fair increase in power. It also has a nice low growl when accelerating but quiets down when at idle or cruising. Haven't had a chance yet to see if there is any mileage increase but can said for sure it has not gone down.
I did have to trim the valve cover hose a bit for a good fit, other then that it when together in about 1 1/2 hours." —Richard L from South Prairie, WA bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2006 Scion tC, 2.4L 4-cyl. engine.
"The install was pretty easy. It took about 2 hours total by myself. I noticed a great increase in House Power and I love it. There is one part that Injen can do though, is that they can move the sensor location on the first section of the intake pipe back just about 1"-1/2" so the wires won't be so tight on the part that plugs into the sensor. I had to unscrew it from the part its connected to so it can have less tennsion on the wires. But other than that, "IT KICKS A__!" I love it!" —Saul E from Ottawa, IL bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
