"You might not notice much if you're just parked, BUT you WILL DEFINATELY hear it when you take your car for a test run on the freeway it has such an awesome suction/deep throaty sound to it! I did remove the bumper & driver side wheel to make installation easier, i even removed some of the inner wheel well lining to really be able twist & handle the pipe to get the C.A.I part of the piping into the hole. Installation is easy, i did it myself & i have almost no auto experience at all haha You Will Def. Love This Cold Air Intake!!!" —Edward S from Norwalk, CA bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2009 Scion tC, 2.4L 4-cyl. engine.
"The intake was very easy to install. I went with short RAM just so I didnt have to take off my wheel and go through that hassle. Throttle response is much better, gives the engine a good sound, first gear doesn't buck when I'm going 5 mph.
2 small cons: VSV bracket doesnt line up with Injen VSV mount. Wasn't a big deal, just had to cut one of the pieces off. And make sure you have metric screws to mount the MAFS to the Injen mount because the sheet metal screws that were originally on my air box don't match with the metric threads." —Eric I from Toms River, NJ bought an Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake for a 2009 Scion tC.
