I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. It does whistle when you step on the throttle but I do feel more response when I hit the gas. To me it kinda sounds a bit like a turbo. Overall, I think it's worth the money. Keep in mind I also have the AFE cold air intake to go with it. I haven't seen a difference in the MPG's but it's only been on my truck for about a week.

The CAI(Cold Air Intake)is wrking awesome. Install was very easy(36/45)minutes.I drove my Tacoma and it didn't disappoint,it sounding awesome compared to stock. The acceleration is Noticeable at the low end of the throttle curve but once you reach 3000 to 5000 RPMs,u feel it in ur seat,However, the small port/opening(grommet)in the front of the intake fits loosely(at best)this NEEDS to be addressed and FIXED.Overall, good investment. Thnks ....
