"Everything I have always expected from K&N product, I wish the price would come down just a little lower so that more people could be able to enjoy the product. The installation was pretty simple, my truck running great I could almost hear the cold air intake such the air in. I couldn't tell if my truck is getting better mpg, as matter of fact I feel like my mpg is somewhat going down, could be just operator...Would I buy the product again?... of course I also have the K&N cold air intake system in my RSX type S. Love the product!" —T C K from Jackson, TN bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L V8.
"The intake is great but the way that it is secured is not all that great, it's held down by one bolt on the box. Definitly not as secured as I soul like other than that a great product." —Eric Y from Coatesville, PA bought a Volant Cold Air Intakes for a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L V8.
"The kit was very easy and simple to install. The only difficulty I had was the female threads for the small hose attachments weren't cut out well. Thus, it took some time and a little carving to get the attachments to screw in. Otherwise everything fit perfectly. I haven't had a chance to check gas mileage yet but it can't help but be improved." —Robert M from Tucson, AZ bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Toyota Tundra.
"The fuel milage gain was about 1 mpg,the hp/power gain was very noticeable. I had to make a little modification to the kit,it did not fit just right." —Johnny R from Bakersfield, CA bought a Volant Cold Air Intakes for a 2000 Toyota Tundra.
"I love it, it was an addition to my cat back Banks Monster exhaust. My truck sounds like a beast!" —Larry R from San Diego, CA bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L V8.
""I was impressed with the fit and finish of all the parts. Directions were clear and easy to understand, everything went together perfectly. I noticed increased throttle response and a little louder engine noise. Overall a very good performance modification, definitely worth the money/would recommend." —Melody A from Mesquite, TX bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L V8.
"The kit arrived with everything I needed, Installation was easy however there are some tips and tricks that are not in the instructions that I had to google but it is well worth it, my old 2000 tundra sounds like a beast. Thank you" —Jason M from Allen, TX bought a Spectre Cold Air Intake for a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L V8.
"Overall the kit is great. The only problem I have is the weatherstrip gaskets that go on the intake box. One of them ripped and I had to get a replacement standard weatherstrip from the auto parts store, and it was not fun fitting it in. Once the kit was in, it was fantastic. Good appearance, great sound, excellent performance. A good CAI is the best bang for the buck upgrades for your ride, and you'll notice with this one. I would defiantly recommend it, especially at this price." —Pete A from Austin, TX bought a Volant Cold Air Intakes for a 2000 Toyota Tundra.
"The K&N FIPK was a very easy install. Took about 45 minutes tops and runs great! The only problem is it sucks in so much air that the engine takes a moment to translate that into power when you floor it. Probably just a little engine computer tuning needed, but otherwise a great product! Gas mileage stayed about the same but haven't really had it on long enough to see any long term results." —Daniel E from Fort Campbell, KY bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Toyota Tundra.
