Airaid PowerAid on my F250
Installation was fairly easy once I got to the throttle body on my vehicle. I have only driven around town so far, but that has produced a 1.5MPG increase. I'm anxious to see the increase, when pulling my travel trailer, or driving on the highway. Seems to maintain better lower RPM's without downshifting on a pull.
Caused strange engine cavitations at 55-60 mph
Installation was relatively easy but the location of the MAF sensor on the bottom of the intake tube is a design flaw. No reason it cannot be on top of the tube like the factory intake. The airaid intake caused strange engine cavitations at speeds over 55 mph. Swapped it with the factory intake and problem vanished. Still trying to return this airaid intake through autoanything but I keep getting the run around with no resolution.
