I installed the Airaid MIT along with a free flowing air filter. Noticed an immediate gain in throttle response and midrange power. Only tradeoff is a minor rattle just above idle, caused by removing all the ugly resonance chambers in the stock tube. The quality of parts and instructions included were top notch. Unlike "cold air" kits, I do not have to worry about ingesting hot air when stopped or in traffic jams.
Looks great but not worth it to me. IAT quite hot in traffic.

Great quality, looks super, sounds great, easy install BUT, the air box driver side extends under the left fender lip & lets some water in. I'm in FL & Inlet Air Temp runs as high as 50 deg above ambient in traffic. Wx seal fits OK. Cools slowly when moving. Stock box intakes warms slower & not near as hi, cools quickly when moving. No apparent performance or mileage gains. I took it off. Stock is better CAI.
