Great throttle repsonse but loves to turn on the check engine

So I have a 5.7L HEMI in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love to upgrade my cars and have a family of mechanics so I have a Volant CAI, full Flowmaster Cat-Back Exhaust, Hypertech tunning kit and upgraded plugs and fuel injectors. The car runs GREAT but I wanted to do more so I got the BBK 85mm throttle body along with a low temp thermostat. Install was a breeze and the throttle response is GREAT. But the check engine light keeps coming on with the same code (507 it is too high of an idle).
Awesome sound and pick up.

Easy installation (although the holes on the plate that mounts under the fuel injection pump do not line up, it is easily repairable.) The new throaty sound was quite an unexpected surprise. Of course there is a noticeable HP boost as well, esp. on startup and around 5000 rpm. Hard to tell if MPG is better since I like hearing it so much right now.
