The package arrived on time and after a brief inventory I started the installation. Some of the installation instructions are confusing as the parts(especially hardware) are not identified correctly and left at consumer's guessing. This is not good and it should be corrected by the manufacturer ASAP. Over all the installation went well and the product is functioning as designed for the time being. I took a 800 mile trip right after I installed the kit and honestly I am not sure about the gas saving claim as I have not been able to determine if any gas is indeed saved once this product is installed. In my opinion pricing is still high for this kit as other Co are bringing to the market similar functioning kits for a lot less money.

This intake is amazing! I've noticed 4 more mpg when im driving normally, but it's been really hard not to show this thing off! You can really hear the intake in the front of the truck and in the back, especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust (I have Flowmaster 40's). Very noticeable power gains, gas is much more responsive and when you floor it, everyone knows it, and everyone looks. As the title cleary states, this intake is amazing, a must buy! I recommend this intake to anyone. Autoanything delivered EARLIER than expected and everything was perfectly packaged. Took about an hour and a half to install just trying to find the right sockets. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Will buy from Autoanything again!

Quick delivery of kit! Took less than an hour to install. I saw an immediate improvement in response. I heard a lot about the noise. But, it's not bad at all. Acxtually, I like it. Gas mileage dropped about 2mpg at first. But, it's picking back up to 16.2 at last check. I think some of that has to do with sensors and computer adjusting to the new influx of massive amounts of air. Some of it also has to do with the fact that I had to learn to drive like an adult again. (Couldn't keep my foot out of it!) Only complaint: Some sluggishness, hesitation out of the hole. Rocket like response, almost neck jerking, above 1500 rpms. All in all, a beautiful system that sounds and performs very well. Looking foward to adding flowmaster system soon.

First off, the install was a bit more of a pain than I expected. The pictures that came with the instructions and some of the labeling threw me off. I'm sure if you've installed other K&N stuff before, then it probably won't be a problem. On the other hand I can tell that my acceleration is a little quicker, my gas mileage has increased, and my car is louder when I get on it. I got the SRI due to the fact that it's necessary to remove your bumper if you get the CAI. Also, I don't want to have to worry about driving my car in the rain. I knew a valve could be used on the CAI to prevent water flowing through the intake, but from what I found those CAIs were no better the SRIs when the valve was used.
