Easy to install, about an hour... Hard plastic tube from throttle body to filter bracket location rests on top of my upper radiator hose, don't know if that will cause issues later on. I have noticed that it idles smoother while parked with engine running, and its too soon to tell of any improvement in gas mileage. Slight improvement noticed in HP but nothing to get excited about.

Kit came as advertised with all necessary parts. Printed instructions were adequate and installation was easy. Looks great and noticeable improvement in engine sound. Only problem was that decorative decals would not stick properly. All in, a good value CAI.

I purchased this intake with a little doubt it might not make a difference. I am not a person who is very mechanically inclined. So a project like this was very, very simple to install in my truck. I would say total installation time was 1/2 hour. Only a couple of simple tools were needed. Once installed the apperance of the engine compartment just opened up. It was a much cleaner less crowded engine compartment. The best part of this intake is the instant power that is given to the rear.
