Vincent Pistonetti of K&N started the 2011 AutoAnything SEMA interviews off right! He enthusiastically chatted with our very own Elly Brown at our SEMA booth about some exciting new products, K&N’s history working with AutoAnything, and K&N’s early beginnings. K&N is well-known for their 3,500 product offerings of reusable, cotton-gauze air filters, high-performance intake systems and even fuel injection performance kits. And, Vincent was excited to tell us that K&N has added a few more part numbers to their already superior line-up. For example, they have updated intake systems for the new Ford vehicles to their expansive product line.
K&N’s enthusiasm for performance is equal to their enthusiasm for doing business with AutoAnything. Vincent talked very highly about the great, long-lasting relationship between the two companies—K&N as the most easily recognized brand of performance filter and AutoAnything as an authorized dealer of the remarkable products. Vincent also gave us a brief look at K&N’s beginnings. He was eager to share that K&N actually derived its name from founders Ken and Norm back in 1969. Many companies have tried to follow in the footsteps of this industry giant, but few have the impact that K&N has had.
