INTAKE EXPERIENCE

Reviewed By Christopher H (SAN MARCOS, CA) Reviewed for a 2002 Lexus IS 300 —4/28/2014 7:33 PM

First I am NOT a Wrench head so for me it took a lot longer then the 90 min install they claim. The install for the most part was straight forward, as all piping lined up perfectly and was relatively easy to follow. Hard part was installing the Heat Sheild per their instructions. It is not going to fit behind the ABS pump no matter how many screws you remove. I installed the whole system myself so if I can do it, anybody can! lol.... The intake looks awesome, improved power, great sound.

This is an interesting project, I did it myself. It took about 90 minutes like the instruction said. Instructions and pictures should be larger, but I'm up and running. Trying to see what effect this will have on my car, looking for improvements in horse power and fuel economy. Wonder why car makers install this in the factory, go figure!!!! Great easy in purchasing this product and shipping work good als. Thanks, looking forward to doing business with yu in the furture.

The right purcahse

Not only its appearance but its overall performance was well worth it. Throttle response improved while not producing excessive noise. I already had a TRD cat back muffler and I am thinking of adding a Y-pipe. Do you think this will work well with what I already have installed in the car? Thanks. Tony Ochoa
