The rails are well made but installation instructions don't mention how to cut through a tough thick factory bed-liner to get to the painted stake holes beneath. The pads of the rails barely cover the resulting cutouts so don't overcut the liner. What worked for me was a hot solder gun with a cutting tip. Cutting alone was a tedious 20+ minute job. The rest was a piece of cake.
