They look good on the job, too. Putco Locker Bed Rails come in highly-polished stainless steel and boast 1_" tubing to enhance the tough appearance of your truck.

Installation takes just a few minutes. Simply bolt your truck bed rails through your stake pocket holes-no cutting or drilling required. If you don't have stake pockets, simply drill two holes and bolt 'em in. And, Putco includes all the mounting hardware you'll need. Your Putco Locker Side Bed Rails are sold in pairs and carry a Lifetime Warranty.

Notes

  • Installation note: Putco Lockers install in minutes to vehicles with factory stake pocket holes. If your bed is not equipped with stake pockets, drilling will be required for installation.

Order arrived within 3 days

Posted on 05/19/2006 by Wilbert G. (Columbia,MD)

"The rail ends are chromed but the bar is just stainless. I have a 8 foot bed and no center stake cover is provided. I purchased retractable Anchor Point bull rings to cover the stake hole. Easy to assemble and install, but torque specs for bolt requires special equipment or guessing."

The Only Rails To Buy!

Posted on 05/12/2006 by Kevin A. - 2003 Dodge Ram (Billerica,MA)

"I had a pair of chrome rails on my 2003 Dodge Ram that started to rust and did damge to my truck. I replace them with the Putco stainless steel rails and I could see as I was installing them what a mistake the first rails purchased were. The Putco rails ARE THE BEST ON THE MARKET!"

Great rails poor torque specs

Posted on 03/24/2006 by Tom J. - 1994 Ford F-150 (Bismrack,ND)

"The torque specs need to be changed. The nut plates will strip if the bolts are torqued to given specifications."

Quality Product AND Quality Service

Posted on 03/17/2006 by Marvin A. R. - 2003 Ford Ranger (Winston Salem,NC)

"I ordered a set of Putco Locker Side Bed Rails from AutoAnything.com and could not be happier. The initial online order was very easy. I had a specific question & called. I was able to speak immediately with a representative who knew the product and answered my question. The rails came one day before promised in perfect condition. The rails installed so easily I chuckled to myself. EVERYTHING was included except the allen wrench! It all fit perfectly. The quality was perfect. I am very happy. I will buy from AutoAnything.com again without any reservation."

Couln't be simpler

Posted on 03/17/2006 by Olan A. - 2005 Dodge Ram (Monroe,LA)

"This rail kit is a breeze for anyone! Everything is included in kit but the 1/4" allen wrench, and a torque wrench; the allen wrench needed to install, and the torque wrench to make sure you get them tight enough. Installation took less than 30 minutes, and was VERY easy. And to top it off, they look GREAT!"

Don't forget the torque wrench

Posted on 09/02/2005 by John H. - 2005 Ford F-150 (Winchester,VA)

"I purchased my bed rails for the style, look and function. They were easy enough to install myself. The only problem I ran into was that I didn't have a torque wrench to complete the full installation myself. I was able to borrow one from a friend. Putco should add this to items required for installation instead of just an allen wrench. Regardless, I am fully satisfied with the rails I purchased and the Putco reputation."
