"Super easy to install. 30 minutes tops... Fit my Dodge Dakota perfect, and they definitely give it a nice look. They would look better without the "seam" where the rail joins to the elbow. Seemed like a pretty steep price for the product, but I am happy with the looks of them."

"Overall I am very pleased with the product. There are two areas for improvement. 1.They should come with gaskets that completely cover the stake-holes. make sure you consider this when mounting and make your own out of thin plastic. Otherwise you will see the corners of the stake holes. 2.The tubing is slightly yellower than the mounting ends more than likely due to the fact that they are of completely different gage metals. Nobody will notice. The tubing, mounts, and plastic sleeves all go together perfectly. Nicely manufactured."

"the Putco bed rails were easy to put on. I was disappointed with the finish of the rails. The mounts had nice shiny chrome. the rails were off color brushed stainless steel. they had a dark tint to them. they would have looked a lot nicer if they were as bright as the mounts. think the pop up lock downs were cool"

Easy to install

Posted on 12/29/2005 by Jenn M. (Corona,CA)

"The rails were received in under the time promised, which was a suprise given the holiday time period. The rails were installed literally in about 1/2 hour, with no drilling as promised. Fit was great. Would recommend."
