Note: If you have a bed liner that fits under the top rail you will probably have no problems installing. Otherwise, remove the bed liner to install. Because of a verticle brace on the inside of the bed I had to install 1/2 inch towards the rear. Could not center on bed. I think my short bed is actually a Mazda bed. Not a stepside. Not a Flairside, Not a straight side, but the bump out looks like a Mazda. Hummmmm? No instructions, but not needed. Nice and tight!
