Getting’ sticky with it! Since bed caps are secured with double-sided 3M automotive tape, full adhesion is necessary for a successful install. One side of the tape will be installed on the cap already. But before you just peel and stick, always wash and dry the truck bed rails thoroughly, and then give em a quick swipe with rubbing alcohol. Regarding the Bushwacker Ultimate OE Style BedRail Caps. I have a 2012 Silverado with a duraliner AND an access cover already installed, however, the bedliner does not come up over the box rail. If I purchase a set of your bed caps, will I need to uninstall the access cover in order to install the bed caps?

Thank you for your email regarding the application of the bed caps. If the Tonneau cover has rails that you clamp to the bed, In order to place the bed caps on the bed you will need to access the area beneath the Tonneau cover. Yes, You will need to temporarily remove the Tonneau cover rails in order to install the caps.
