We have made great use of the bike rack. The ability to lower the rack to access the cargo area is a must have feature.

Swagman Jackknife holds my bikes perfectly and secure. The rack does sway for side to side a few inches, but I was expecting that it would. I am totally happy with this bike rack, its worth every penny that I pay for it.
