I've had my rack for about 2 months now, looks really good on my 2010 Ram CrewCab. Instal was a breeze, no issues with the fit on my truck. Used many time thus far to haul my 16' kayak without any problems. The only complaint I have is that it does, only at times, begin to whistle at speeds above 50-55 mph. I believe this is a result of the positioning of my kayak in relation to the crossbars, because it doesn't do it all the time. I also transport it upside down which may influence the wind flow over/under the crossbars. Overall an excellent product and if I had to do it all over again, would still get the Thule. Also love the fact that it is adjustable!!! I lower mine down when not in use, looks kinda cool to me :)

This rack does a great job for what I have asked it to do so far.  Just hauling a few canoes and a few misc. other things.  The installation went fairly well.  It took a little monkeying around to get the base mounts perfectly vertical so the cross beam supports would slide in correctly.  The front cross bar must be lowered from the driver side first so the support can lay just inside of the bulge from the fuel line running by the wheel well.  If this is done the cross bar will be lower than the height of the cab for non carrying usage.  The rubber inserts must be placed in the cross beam slots to prevent an annoying whistle.  Overall I like the craftsmanship, I like the strength, I like that I got it earlier than I thought I would and I like the cost.  AutoAnything not only price matched for me but, went even lower then that price to have me want and enjoy doing business with them again.  Good company good product.

It's easy to install and it's very ajustable. The only one thing that is a drawl back it the lower section that bolts on, this item would be easy to be taken if someone really wanted to take a chance on it, to bad it didn't come with special type botls with tool.

This rack has accentuated the appearance of my truck a 1000%. I have had many compliments. In addition, the ease with which I installed it was wonderful. Had it removed from the box, very carefully packaged, and had it assembled in a matter of ten minutes a post. All you need is the correct socket.
If you want a very useful and a beautiful rack, this is the one.

The installation was difficult because it did not sit right on the railing until you use the bracket.  When installing it, you don't know this.  We can not use the rack in the low level without cutting it.  No one stated this in the advertisement, if they had  we would not have purchased it.  We thought we could keep it in the low position but we can not on our Toyota Tacoma.  We are very disappointed that we can not use it in the low level because that is why we bought it. The overall quality is good.

Looks great and works just as well.  Installation with bed liner a bit tricky, I decided to remove over-rail bed liner, because I would have to do too much cutting to install.  You have to remember to install the thin rubber gasket in slots on both the top and bottom of rail (included) otherwise it will really whistle at any speed above 40 MPH.
