Experienced riders have long known that the best way to transport their bicycles is on roof racks. They work with any bike frame, and don’t scratch the paint. The only issue with roof racks, though, is that they’re backbreaking to use unless you’re a giant. But, those problems are history, thanks to Thule’s ingenious T2 Hitch Bike Carrier. By bringing the roof-mount style carrier down to your hitch, you can load up safely and quickly without the strain.
Never hoist your 2-wheeler over your head again! With a Thule T2 Hitch Bike Carrier mounted in your 1 1/4" or 2” receiver, you can load up in minutes without breaking a sweat. Its vice-grip cradles hold onto your wheels while the adjustable straps keep your ride stable and secure. When you’re not towing your prized bikes, it folds up and out of the way.
The standard Thule T2 Hitch Bike Carrier holds up to 2 cycles at a time. If you need room for 4, get the optional Add-On carrier. And, it’s equipped with Thule’s Snug-Tite receiver lock which eliminates movement and locks the carrier to your vehicle to stop thieves. Built in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

This rack is so easy you can load two bikes in less than one minute. It is easily lowered to gain access to rear door/window or raised to store when not transporting bikes. Thule's instruction manual could be a little more precise, but if you lay out all parts and revert to the picture it's a breeze in setting up. I ordered rack at 1:00 am Monday morning and Auto Anything had it sitting at my door Tuesday afternoon. I researched ALL racks before purchasing and this one is the best for the money.

Just installed the Thule bike rack and love it so far. This product is well built and should work great for both full sized bikes and kids bikes. It is expensive but like everything you get what you pay for, so I hope it stands up of time.

This bike rack is exactly what ones needs for dual suspension 9full suspension) mountain bikes. Can't see any other way of easily transporting these bikes. Wish AutoAnything carried the add on to make it a 4 bike rack. Thanks

I have not been pleased with the overall quality of the rack. It is assembled but unusable. After assembly, I got to the point of putting a bike on it. The rivets on the cams that are used for straps to secure the rear tires were completely broken. It came this way. The quality of this part of the rack is very poor. I am waiting for a resolution but this was very disappointing considering the price of the rack and Thule's reputation. A 2012 customer review showed the same problem.......

The carrier is all that is described. The only concerns I have are the locks. They are very light weight, plastic, and the lock inserts are low quality. Why the designers would go cheap on such an important feature on this kind of product - ??? Security is a top priority to any owner. These bikes [like mine] cost thousands of dollars. WHY have low end locks and related materials! The other item was the lock cable. Once extended it does not completely go back in. What's the fix here?

Holds the bikes in place well without moving side to side or bumping into each other. Easy to put bikes on and off. The only bad parts are it is heavy and a little tough to install and tighten on into the hitch. Much better than a previous model and fits women's bike without an adaptor
