Description

Experienced riders have long known that the best way to transport their bicycles is on roof racks. They work with any bike frame, and don’t scratch the paint. The only issue with roof racks, though, is that they’re backbreaking to use unless you’re a giant. But, those problems are history, thanks to Thule’s ingenious T2 Hitch Bike Carrier. By bringing the roof-mount style carrier down to your hitch, you can load up safely and quickly without the strain.

Never hoist your 2-wheeler over your head again! With a Thule T2 Hitch Bike Carrier mounted in your 1 1/4" or 2” receiver, you can load up in minutes without breaking a sweat. Its vice-grip cradles hold onto your wheels while the adjustable straps keep your ride stable and secure. When you’re not towing your prized bikes, it folds up and out of the way.

The standard Thule T2 Hitch Bike Carrier holds up to 2 cycles at a time. If you need room for 4, get the optional Add-On carrier. And, it’s equipped with Thule’s Snug-Tite receiver lock which eliminates movement and locks the carrier to your vehicle to stop thieves. Lifetime Warranty.

This Bike Carrier is Great! The ease of loading and unloading from this hitch is a big plus. I would highly recommend this carrier. Also, I would recommend Auto Anything for your next purchase.

This rack is pricey, and VERY heavy, but there really isn't a better built, more secure rack on the market. Easily get 2 full size bikes on, and an additional 2 with the extension. Folds up and out of the way when not in use, and also tilts down for entry into the hatch of my SUV with bikes on. Highly recommended.

The Thule T2 was our first carrier. It keeps our two 29ers in place. It fits a 29 but just barely. Once in place it remains secure. I have traveled freeways and winding mountain roads. The carrier is solid. Assembly was not a problem. I feel secure knowing the bikes are secure with the cable locks along with the hitch lock!

What an outstanding rack. The ease of putting bikes on and off has my cycling friends jealous. No worries about the stability of the bikes. They are solidly on the rack. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. What a high quality item. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

The price on Auto Anything is very competitive on this rack. However the picture shown is not correct. The picture shown has wire lock coming out of the arm...this is NOT that rack. This one only has the arm locks. It is heavy as it is made of steel. Knowing what I know now. I probably would have spent the extra money on the KUAT Hitch rack (auto anything carries it) as it has a stand built into the rack. I would at least check out the rack before you make your decision. Overall i have no complaints on the prodcut. You will need to buy the "hitch clamp" to stop vertical movement. I am definetly a big fan of Thule Lock Systems - one key that does it all is great. I didn't like the KUAT lock system - so there are trade offs. It is made of steel so it will rust overtime - need to WD40 locking pins etc to keep it protected

I've been using the Thule T2 for a few months now. While I believe it's the best hitch mount carrier available, it's quite expensive for what it is in comparison to other available options. If your budget allows for it, go this route.
