This rack works well with bikes of all shapes and sizes. It is built well, however...the shaft that goes in the receiver is only 1.25 inches (fits 2" with an adapter). Due to its smaller diameter it twists more with bumps, and turns, etc. My bikes definitely sway/rock more than with my other rack.

The ratcheting arm that hooks over the frame assembly's is difficult to slide out of lock position When there's tension on it :-(. There should be a nylon type bushing between the two metal components to help the sliding mechanism to operate smoother. But the whole assembly and product itself seems to be good quality holds bike very firmly seems to be pretty sturdy. Sincerely Mtn bike Enthusiast

This rack functions great! It's a little difficult to get the adjustments right the first time, but after that it's smooth sailing. The anti sway feature works well, but it does preclude you from being able to lock it to your vehicle. It's very heavily built so it should last a long time.

I bought this rack because I liked the fact that it looked like a robust design I got the four place unit and installed it on a 2011 Toyota Sienna and installed a bike closest to the hatch and found that the handle bars hit the hatch glass if the connecting tube that goes into the receiver was 3" longer this would not be a problem overall I like the rack.

This is an excellent very stable bike carrier. The carrier is very easy to install on the vehicle. Once adjustments are made for your bikes, you can load and unload your bikes very easily. I recommend this product.

I bought the 4 bike rack first. Took it with another couple on a bike trip in PA. Loved it so much that sold my old 2 bike rack and bought this same rack in a 2 bike unit. Easy to load and unload and keeps the bikes safe even on rough back roads.

This is a great bike rack! I no longer have any safety/security concerns when moving my bike. The only problem/issue I have ran into is the use of my tail gate. I have a 07 Hummer H3 (which the tailgate swings out like a door). The tailgate also holds my spare tire. I am unable to open my tailgate with the bike rack installed. My spare tire/door will not clear the rack. I wish they made it to tilt away, then this would be the perfect, affordable rack!
