Like the product, but it did not come with the safety pin to prevent the arm from folding down.

I didn't need a bike rack that will be using more than four times a year. This bike rack is excellent for the price. I have used four other racks and this one is the lightest, nearly easiest to use, of all of them. I feel the bikes are far more secure than with the rubber/plastic straps most use. Ihad the straps break several times and cannot be easily replaced, especally when in the mountains on vacation.

This rack seems to be just what we need.My only complaint is that it comes with only ONE KEY! This has been stated in other reviews and has not been rectified in any subsequent orders.Other than that ,it works fine.We did have a little trouble with the larger throat horizontal tube on the bike though. They might want to consider enlargeing one mount

Only 1(one) key comes with the bike rack. It took an "act of Congress" to order a second key !! If I had lost my only key, I hate to think what I would have to go through to get another one....

Overall this unit is easy to use and of generally good quality. No problems with fit or installation. Two problems that do exist: 1) the unit came with only one key (The AutoAnything Team has two more keys on the way to me)and 2)the adhesively bonded pad between the upright and mounting bracket lasted thru only one use before it had slid out of position and made it difficult to insert the locking pin. I an always a bit leary of purchasing items from companies that I have not dealt with previously, but I can assure that this company is legite. The bike rack was really awesome and much better thatn what you can get at Wal-Mart. My only problem is that the rack has a little bit of play in it inside the hitch reciever. My Dad said that the others he has seen do the same thing, so it must not be a big deal. The construction seems to be very good, and I believe that I will get many years of service from it.
