"We use the bike rack on our Dodge one ton dully on a front trailer hitch we tow a 32 foot fifth wheel bikes load very easy, a very good choice for us. John"

"this was an excellent choice for us, we have 2 bikes, and it keeps them from being banged up in the truck, we fon't have to worry about them the brackets adjust to our bikes, and they are fastened securely! Would reccommend this to every cyclist that travels with their bikes."

"The instructions for assembly were a little hard to follow but when i got it all laid out it was easier to figure out for myself. I had to bend the top hooks for both bikes so they would fit tighter and not bounce around as much. The fine tuning adjustments were not a problem because it just made the product work that much better. Overall I am very satisfied with the product for the price because other brands were much, much more money!"

"This is my 2nd Swagman bike rack and I really like it. This new one is a little different design from my first one, I think it has a more modern and sleeker look. The directions for putting the rack together were not the best, but we finally got it together. My biggest complaint would have to be that after only carrying our bikes once on it, the paint on the bottom rails is already chipped, which will ultimately lead to rusting like my first rack did. Suzanne"

"Quick and easy set-up and removal. The tire wells and the ratchet lock-down arms firmly hold bikes in place. We used a small padlock through the hitch pin for protection from theft and the possibility of the pin being vibrated loose. An excellent value for the price. Will never go back to using bike racks where the bike 'hangs' on with no tire support."

"We purchased the Swagman because of the way it carries the bikes which we will use on the back of our travel trailer and also can be used on the back of both our truck and car. It also allows my wife to be able to istall the rack,load and unload her bike by herself with no effert."

"This bike rack has got to be the easiest to put together, most well built, and simplest to use bike rack around. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together, about 5 minutes to adjust it to our bikes, and it takes all of 2 minutes to load up your bikes and your on your way...great product... "i am happy with my bike carrier. it is easy to install and once i figured it out....easy to use. the instructions were pretty basic and didnt point out that one arm was longer than the other. at first it didnt fit right. also the finish scratches very very easily. but for the price, it is essentially what i wanted. it shipped quickly."

"Really liked it at first. We had bought a cheaper rack and didn't like it at all when we got it together. I found the Swagman and when we got it, it was very much what we were looking for. But on the first trip the center pin came out that holds the center arm straight up and I didn't know that I had lost a bike til I got to my destination. We will use it again, but we'll put a bolt there instead of the pin."

"The Swagman Bike Rack performs as represented. It secures the bike to the rack via 3 point (i.e., the two wheels and the cross bar, and this results in a stable load. The 2" hitch is actually the 1 1/4" hitch with an adapter at the end. A hitch pin was provided. Price via AutoAnything was competitive."

"I thought I was getting a 2" straight piece of tubing to go inside my receiver instead of the step up 1 1/2 tubing. My receiver is mounted on the front of my truck and this makes my handle bars above the hood of the truck. Other than that the rack secures the bikes without movement and is easy to use. Good product."

"We have yet to travel with the bike rack rail; however, it appears to be sturdy and ready for the road. We have two oddly shaped bikes, and they fit snuggly in the rack -- not so with different racks we've tried."

"We always rented bikes while on vacation, but no more. We can now easily bring our own bikes on our new Swagman bike rack. It was easy to assemble and easy to load. What we loved most is that the bikes were lower and did not block the rear window of our SUV. We are retired and love being able to bike ride while on vacation. Adds a whole new dimension to vacations. We woould highly recommend this bike rack to anyone who needs one."

"This is the easiest bike rack I have ever used. Unlike racks that your bikes hang from, this rack locks the bikes in solidly. Just be carefull on ground clearance on sedans when exiting parking areas, you can scrape the bottom of the hitch attachment a little."

"If looking for a easy to use and install 2 bike rack at a good price then I highly recommend this rack. I bought it use locally and did not want make a high dollar investment. I'm sure after assembling the rack it would ok on long trips with a few extra tie downs. Fold up and down bars are a plus on this rack. I would recommend for anyone wanting a reasonably priced 2 bike rack."

"After researching various tray style bike racks online, this quickly revealed itself to be the best choice - all of the other reviews I found about it were positive and yet it was the most affordable of the tray style racks out there (especially through autoanything.com). The rack was very easy to put together and is very sturdy - its maiden voyage was a 800 mile round trip carrying 2 bikes and it worked like a champ! We're very happy with this rack and the service through autoanything.com."

"Overall, I am very pleased with the Swagman XC 2 Bike Rack. It goes together very easily and folds up easily for storage when not in use. The materials are sturdy and durable, and the workmanship is very good. It holds the bicycles very firmly without any other cords or attachments needed to secure them to the vehicle. The entire system was well thought out. The only problems that I've encountered are that it just barely secures a 24" female bicycle; and if you really tighten the harness onto the bike frame it can be difficult to get it to release when you want to remove the bicycles. We use this bike rail on a Dodge Grand Caravan and it works really well for us."
