"I purchased this bike rack for my wife to use with my kids bikes. It was simple to install, strong enough to hold all five bikes, and hold the bikes securely. The only negative point I have is that the rack is locked into the 2" receiver with a bolt, wrench is provided. A pin with cotter pin would be easier to remove."

"It is really a great product, it is easy to install and easy to use. I use it in the city and off-road, with no problems to my bikes. I hook my bikes very fast and with no wear to them as in other products in the market."
