"This bike rack was sent to us very quickly along with a hitch. This was very much appreciated as we had just had to purchase a new car and needed the rack and hitch to take our bikes home from summer vacation. They shipped them to an auto shop that was able to install both in under an hour. They said that the hitch went on easier than most that they have seen, and the bike rack was no problem. I found these items on my iPhone and ordered them with help from the Autoanthing personnel-- thanks so much!"

"This bike rack is an affordable well made basic rack with few frills. It is adjustable and easy to load. It does tip down for back of car access but the bikes have to be removed and you have to pull and replace a pin that is kind of hard to line up. If you want a good basic hitch mount rack that is quite affordable, this is for you."

"After I transported my two bikes with this rack, I realized that it needed a pin. I love that the arm that the bikes rest on can be lowered when not being used, but the bolt made it very inconvenient. However, a trip to the hardware store and the purchase of a 3/8" x 3" hitch pin made all the difference!"

"this rack has been an excellent addition, we go camping and room inside of my pickup is valuable. Now with the bikes outside, it frees up the room on the inside. I have been participating in tri and dualathalons and this rack allows me easy transportation of my bikes instead of having to remove some tools in the truck to fit the bikes."

"I got this for my Nissan Murano and LOVE IT. It installed easily and quickly and is very sturdy even with 4 bikes. I saw other reviews where people complained about it not working with beach cruisers or "female" bikes, well you need to buy the bar for the bike so it fits correctly. I've yet to see a rack that can hold these kinds of bikes in the correct way without a bar. It does connect permantly to the hitch, and isn't easily removable without tools so you pretty much lose the use of your trunk (unless you like performing the functions necessary to get into it.) This was easily remidied with by replacing the main bolt with a giant cotter pin. I have my rack when I want it and stow in the garage when i don't need it and still has a sturdy hold. Also, if you plan on leaving this on your car permanantly, I HIGHLY suggest buying the lock, because it is easily stolen. Also remove the rubber straps you use to strap down the bikes as they also have a habit of getting stolen..."

"Overall, this bike rack is high quality and a good value -- very solid with bikes on the rack. I was surprised to find that it needed to be bolted to the hitch and that the locking pin had to be purchased separately."

"I bought this bike rack for my grandson who will be going off to college and will need a bicycle with its infiite mpg efficiency. He will also be taking the bikes of several school friends who will be going to the same college. Auto Anything was wonderful in meeting the best price that I could find. The delivery was quick and had the additional advantage of free delivery. I've bought from Auto Anything in the past and will certainly do so again in the furture."

"I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE BIKE RACK. THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION WAS PRETTY EASY ALTHOUGH YOU NEED A WRENCH TO ATTACH IT TO THE TRAILER HITCH. IT WORKS EXTREMELY WELL AND IS WELL BUILT AND WELL ENGINEERED I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE BIKE RACK"

"My husband selected this bike rack bc it stated in the description that is was adjustable to all bikes.We have beach cruisers. Well, it turns out it is not, we have to buy the extender bar to help position our bikes on the rack. The order came super quick and we are happy with the service and quality."

"This is a good, solid bike rack. It is sturdy and well built. It was however a bit difficult to get together. The bolts holes did not like up completely well so I had to use a little more force than I wanted to on a brand new item. I can put 3 bikes and a bike trailer on it with no problem. I along with everyone else hate the whole bolt thing...come on Thule, it's time for the hitch pin already!! I also had to get an extension as it would not fit with my spare tire mounted on the back of my vehicle."

"This rack worked as described. I read the comments and saw that the extensions were recommended for ladies/girls bikes but I didn't see it on the website. So I called, he knew what I was talking about, ordered and it was here in 2 days. The rack and extensions worked great!!"
