"Rack was easy to install, had it built and bolted to my hitch within 15 minutes. The only complaint I have is the bolt which is used to lock the upper arm (up when you're using the racks and down when you're not) is a locking bolt and nut that requires a socket wrench and adjustable wrench to remove each time. I remedied this by drilling a hole through the end and creating a locking pin that goes through. Now, it takes just minutes to load my bikes."

"I am very pleased with this rack I purchased this for my small Tacoma.I drive 30 miles to the bike trail and this rack is extremely strong.Bike( TREK 3700 ) is very secure and rack is rattle free.It does have a threaded bolt instead of hitch pin but it is still very easy to remove or attach and i feel more secure with bolt.Extremely fast and courteous service. Price very resonable for a high quality product.Recieved mine in 2 days.Easy to assemble .I highly recommend this rack."

"This product is everything advertised and Auto Anything service is first calls. Only caution is to be sure you have the right size trailer hitch, otherwise you'll need to buy an adaptor."

"The Thule 2 - Bike Rack assembled easily and fit right on the DrawTite hitch on our van. We plan on a long trip later this year using the rack to secure our bikes. If anything un-expected comes up I'll re-review the equipment. Thanks. DWW"

mostly satisfied

"I am pleased with the strength of Thule bike rack, and the way in which it holds men's bikes. I was surprised to see how little the rack moved while driving. I realized that it does not work very well for women's bikes because it is difficult to get them on it as it is too wide. I would also like to see a better way built into the rack to attach the bottom of the bike to the rack. Possibly a pad and a hook to attach a bungee cord. I"
