"The rack serves its purpose if you just want to store your bike. If you plan on pulling your bike in and out you had better bolt it down to the floor. The rack moves each time you put in/remove your bike. Also, if you have a mountain bike the tire width becomes an obstacle. My family is frustrated with the rack. Again, if you just want to store your bike it will suffice."
