The package arrived in good shape, but the product had one leg put on upside down from the manufacture which caused about 20 minutes extra work on the assembly

The instructions were a bit confusing with some information let out. Some pin holes didn't line up which made it difficult to install the support bars. And the included cable only reaches across the rack, it is not long enough wrap 4 bikes and lock the ends. Other than that, a great product.

I have a 1995 Nissan Single cab truck. My mountain bike is a Team Breezer which is long and has big tires. The bike fits perfect due to the length of the truck bed its snaps in place without strapping it in. So I happy just snap in place and go!

Very easy setup and installation!

Only took 10 min to setup and install in the bed of my 2012 Tacoma. Don't use the spacers.

This item was perfect for anyone who does not want to take their bike apart and re-assembling prior to a ride, or have the bike above or below the truck bed laying on the side.

Nice bike rack!

Good rack, fits perfectly in my Dodge Ram 1500. Can't close the roll-down cover, even with the bikes out, because my bed liner makes it too tall...oh well. Assembling was a little harder than I thought it would be, so I was thankful for the online video. We have road bikes, and we only take 2 at a time if we go anywhere. If I wanted to take more, I might be concerned. The rack held the bikes fine without using the cable or any bungee straps, but we only went a few miles & didn't go fast.

It would be nice if they adjusted in height so they would fit under my hard folding cover

we have had this rack for a little over a week and used it several times, assembly and installation was easy and quick. It looks great and seems to hold the bikes fine. The only issue I have had with it is you must be careful when putting the bike in the rack- the angled bars can hit the derailer.

Looking good!

I'm customizing this rack to ride on top of a solid tonneau. It's the only rack I've found that can do that. The custom brackets I need to go between the rack and the cargo attachment system in my truck are not finished yet, but I've been using the rack as an outdoor freestanding unit while I wait. My only issue thus far is that the process of adjusting the rack scraped paint and the spots are now rusting. I have black spray paint in the garage and il hit those spots with a fresh coat.

Sorry but you can not put the rear tire in without rubbing against the derailer. Front tire works though. You just have to tie it all down to be secure. Works but not as nice as could be. With a little re-engineering it could be great. Working on mine now.
