Works exactly as I had hoped. Fits well on the 2017 Outback. Do not hear any extra wind noise. Looks good also - black on black.

I love everything about it but the Tie Rod is 1.5 inches too short so it doesn't fit my Through Axle Mountain Bike Forks. So, they made this incorrectly. What a shame its made very well but it doesn't work for my bike.

Loved it so much I bought a second one. The low profile makes for a really slick look and the tire tray seems sturdier than my older other branded rack. I also like the fact that this can be installed on a wide variety of crossbars without any additional adapters or parts. Great quality for the price. Sturdy.

I was seeking a bike rack for my 2001 Subaru Outback limited. I looked at both Yakama, and Thule. Auto Anything listed a Rocky Mounts TieRod. This strong mount looks better and had lock cores for a better price then the other brands on the market today. Auto Anything had excellent service and prompt shipping on my first TieRod that I purchased a second TieRod now I am set up and ready for anybody that wants to go for a ride. I highly recommend Auto Anything for all products available your auto.

I have to say I have never owned bike racks for my roof before. But these racks are amazing the low profile design is great. My favorite things about these are install was easy & how you can lock the racks & your bike up w/ the core keys. I drove 200 miles reaching speeds of 80mph & not a problem. I got black to match my car but the other colors look great too. They fit perfect on my aftermarket rola crossbars. This is a must buy.

I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser with a roof rack that many mounts cannot fit. These RockyMounts not only fit the odd configuration, but are very easy to install and very easy to mount your bikes regardless of size. And they hold with Herculean strength. Build quality of the product is fantastic also!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this rockymount tierod I have. GMC Terrain with factory roof bars, most bike mounts wouldn't fit on the shape bars I have, this tierod was one of a ew that did. The only issue I had was that after installing it on my factory bars the tierod was to long and I couldn't open my tail gate. I installed my bike and just cut off about 4" of the tierod and reinstalled the end cap and now no issues. DON'T FORGET THE LOCKS! Can't leave your bike without them!
