I ordered the bike rack and received a tracking number almost right away. The delivery was on time if not a little ahead of schedule. I got exactly what I ordered in very good condition. Unfortunately for me, I ordered the wrong item (no one to blame here but myself). I had looked at several bike racks at the bike store, but forgotten to get the exact model number. When I removed it from the box it unfolded and could not be refolded for return shipment. I would have like to exchange it.

It does what it says it will do, which can't be said for most products you buy based on descriptions and reviews. Easy to install, partially preassembled. I paid up for this model to have the built in hitch lock and bike lock cable which I highly recommend. Instructions advise against swinging away from vehicle with bikes loaded, but isn't this why you buy a swing away hitch? It's heavy fully loaded, but most men should have little trouble. Higher quality than what I expected.

Used the bike rack right out the box to haul two road bikes on a 700 mile road trip. Rack holds the bikes securely and the hitch connection holds the rack to my truck extremely tight, not allowing any play. I did have to remove the portable air pump from my bike to attach the anti-sway cage but this was just a minor inconvenience. The locking cable was an especially nice addition as it allows us to leave the bikes unattended while on the road. Thanks AutoAnything.

The Apex 4 bike rack is awesome! It locks to the car and locks the bikes down and is very sturdy! I use it on my 2012 Camaro, just be aware that you can only use 2 bikes on the camaro because of the class 1 weight rating on the hitch (3 bikes tend to bounce alot)

The Apex rack is easy to assemble, taking just a few minutes to install the sway cradles (seemed a bit too flexible, but work great), straps and locks. Very simple and quick to install on into the trailer hitch (tightening and locking the rack was simple and secure), and not too bulky or heavy to lift into place. Especially like the integrated bike lock in the carrier arm. Very happy with the carrier and would purchase again.
