Had to buy a hitch extension as my hitch was recessed behind the bumper. But it works perfect, looks great! LOVE using the key to lock up the back wheel. Got a lock for the extension as well. Very easy to put together, I did it myself in about 20 min.

My favorite bike rack

This is the second INNO Tire Hold rack I have bought. Sadly, INNO no longer produces this high-quality, sturdy rack, but if it was still available, I would definitely recommend it.

Good Value

This is heavy bike rack, but it is solid. It has one of the best bike securing systems of any rack that I have seen. It is a very good value. The negatives are that it has separate keys that secure the bike in the rack and the rack to the hitch, the cable is a little short and the screw-in hitch pin requires a wrench. Did I say that it is heavy? If you plan to regularly install it and uninstall it, it can be cumbersome with the weight and the hitch pin. Overall a good buy

Great Rack, STUPID EASY, WELL MADE, nothing cheap here!

Glad i picked this rack! They don't sell it as or make any claims about this being any more secure than other racks, but after using it I can't see any way for anyone to steal the bike or a wheel! The loops appear to prevent that. IMHO. As far as going in a restaurant and leaving your bikes out of sight i personally don't worry. Between the lockable loops and the cable that locks into the cam and the lock on the hitch pin. IMHO. Heavy, an aluminum version would be perfection!!!!

Great product

Do not get this if your bike has fenders or bag racks. But other than that, this is the bike rack to own. My partner's bike is a girl's frame model, without the center high bar. It has been a pain to put it on bike racks that hang the bike from the frame. So when I went looking for a solution I came on this and other similar options. I am completely satisfied with this choice. It is very well thought out and built. The only negative is that it is very heavy. Like 60 LBS heavy. Nice and Strong.

Works great for 3 MTB's

Setup and Installation was simple. Rack is solid and well built. Rack does weigh a good bit with the optional third bike clamp. Be Prepared for storage options as well when not in use. Love the two wheel hold design. All very solid. Would purchase again .

Poorly quality and construction

This rack is of poor quality. Was awesome at first, however after 4 or 5 days of use the latching mechanism is cracked, there is a tremendous amount of lateral play in the rack and it keeps getting jammed due to dust contamination from driving around. I feel as if it may stop working at any time.

I had a hard time trying to decide to go for a Thule, Yakima, or INNO. In the end, I went with the INNO and could not be happier. It's a great setup, very efficient, and I love the fact that nothing touches my frame. It seems very well constructed and is a well thought out design. I've been very pleased with the purchase. I would give it a 5 star but the bike cable lock can sometimes be difficult to snap down, besides that, it's been great.

THE best hitch rack

Received my INNO hitch bike rack without any issue. Quite straight forward to do the minimal installation. Instructions are clear and necessary tools are included. Once installed I mounted my bikes on to the rack which was so easy. Took a ride on the highway and the bikes were completely stable. This is simply a great bike rack and I'm sorry I waited so long to get it. I lived with a Saris rack for way too long and cannot recommend that product, especially in comparison to the INNO rack.
