We love this rack. Having kids and women's bikes to haul around can be a pain work hanging racks, but this one is a breeze. Once adjusted for your bikes, they just drop in place and strap down. The rack is a bit heavy when fully loaded, but one strong person can tilt it down to access the trunk of your suv, I just wouldn't ask my wife to do it alone. I wrist they had integrated the newer tech thule and others are using to prevent it from wobbling, but the old fashioned anti wobble bolt does ok.

Solid rack for hauling a variety of bikes. Easy to use once set up for your particular bikes. Initial setup was time consuming, as position of each bike is related to the position of adjacent bikes. Careful not to over loosen the sliding wheel trays-nuts are not captured and will fall out the bottom. Handles HEAVY old ladies Schwinn coaster, full squish 26" MTB, 24" girl 7sp, and 20" boy coaster with no bike-bike contact.

Very sturdy rack. Only used it for a short trip and worked as expected. Still requires some adjusting to fit multiple bikes, but seems easier than the style racks.

Before i had a regular 3 bike rack, always a mess to put them on, the bikes were rubbing at each other sometimes scratching the frames. Now with the Saris Freedom 4 bike, I can fit 4 bicycles perfect!!, no wobbling, super sturdy design and according to other reviews it is lifetime warrantied!!. My only concern is about the length of the rack, do I need to add small tail lights?? So far I installed reflective lights.

Just returned from a bike riding trip with friends and the Saris Freedom bike rack was the hit of the trip. Many others wished they had shopped around and discovered this great bike rack before purchasing less expensive bike racks. Other racks required the use of a $30.00 pole for each bike. With this rack there are no surprise add-ons. However, I would recommend the hitch lock and bike lock that secures the bikes to the rack.
