Prior to buying this bike rack I used two others and this is by far superior in every way. It was delivered in two days following my order being placed. Took me about 20 minutes to unpack and about 10 minutes to complete the simple setup. Loading the bikes takes about 5 minutes and a comparable amount of effort. They ride securely and there is little shaking while driving. After two trips of less then 100 miles each I am confident in planning to trasport our bikes this fall on our annual migration of 1300 miles south to Florida.

The rack is great for todays bikes with their varying cross-bars. And the removal of the bikes is quite easy. I wish that removal of the rack were somehow a bit easier. We don't leave the rack on between bike adventures and the rack is such a snug fit in the hitch that I have to lie on my back under the back bumper and...using a small piece of pipe and a rubber mallet...tap the rack post out of the hitch.
