Kuat NV Hitch Mount Bike Rack Reviews

Perfectly designed hitch rack!

Reviewed By Matthew H (Cedarburg, WI) Reviewed for a 2015 Ford F-150 —7/27/2016 6:10 AM

I am very pleased with the Kuat NV 2.0 rack. This is the newest model from Kuat which replaced the NV 2. We have a couple of high end road bikes as well as some mountain bikes and all the bikes fit fantastic. One of the mountain bikes is a "plus" sized running 3.0" wide tires and fits with no adjustments. The spacing between the bikes is great, with no rubbing whatsoever. While this rack is expensive, it is well worth the investment considering the value of the bikes it hauls.

Just purchased and built my Yakima HoldUp and it is ALL I wanted in a carrier.Very well built, very easy to put together, and very securely holds my bike. I will transport my bike with peace of mind because this carrier will do the job safely and with quality.

Softride Access Element Bike Rack Reviews

Love the dual hinge feature

Reviewed By Christopher G (WILLIAMSVILLE, NY) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford Escape —4/13/2016 11:08 AM

Purchase because of dual-hinge that keeps rails horizontal when tilting to access SUV cargo and was happy to find it works well. I also like its crossbar pads, rubber straps, and not as heavy as my old rack. No big deal IMO, but I have to remove the front wheel and turn handlebars of the inboard bike so rear door doesn't hit when opening. Being an engineer, I give only 4 overall stars because a better design of crossbar pivots could've resulted in less wobble.
