Only took 10 min to setup and install in the bed of my 2012 Tacoma. Don't use the spacers.

i had to buy a new ball hitch because a normal size hitch didn't allow enough room to mount rack. Now I have to lengthen my safety chains because they don't quite reach the receiver mounts. I used it one weekend so far (about 170 mi. round trip and it worked fine. It allowed me to pull my pop up and mount my bikes between pop up and vehicle. I would recommend it.

I like the rack, now that I have it assembled. The pull out arm is a great feature and my kids' 20"/24" bikes fit. The directions, however, left a little to be desired-- no inventory list with pictures and one dark picture for the entire assembly process. For those not tool, nut and bolt savvy, the written directions were like reading Greek. I was sold by AutoAnything a special lock specifically for this rack --which did not in fact fit the SportsRack. Rack gets a 4, service a 1.
