Right what I expected. One thing to look out for, you will need at least 2.5 inches of clearance to install on your receiver.

Certain this was mentioned before on the reviews to use a cotter pin to attached to receiver instead of a bolt for easier on and off the car. Maybee they should bundle the hitch lock as a protional item?) and to use a cotter pin instead of a bolt to lower top part of rack that the bikes hang on when not using

I knew I wanted a platform rack but teetered on the Thule T2 vs. the Yakima HoldUp. The key selling point on the T2 was the adjustability between the bikes. I live in LA so I received the rack the next day. T2 installation was extremely easy and the rack was installed, bike was mounted, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I love everything about this rack; although my wife will never admit it, she also loves it. Outstanding overall experience with Auto Anything. It's my second rack purchased through them (bought the Inno multi-angle snowboard rack earlier this year) and I will most certainly be back!
