Right what I expected. One thing to look out for, you will need at least 2.5 inches of clearance to install on your receiver.

Looks good and I like the way it holds the bikes. I purchased this bike rack for our annual trip to Machinaw Island. Haven't used it on the road yet. Also like the ways it folds up when not in use.

super easy to instal and adjust, holds all the bikes just fine with out worry well except for the road bikes it rubs the down tube when putting them on or taking them off but i already knew about that from other reviews. The only other thing is that after a summer of heavy use the lower assembly that allows for pivot has loosened up and the whole rack is angled down. still fully functional and supportive just at a slight angle.
